How to verify your ampoule
- 01.Open the package and locate the serial on your ampoule label.
- 02.Enter the 10-character code (for example A7X9B2K4M1).
- 03.Click verify. More than 3 checks on the same serial may indicate a reused or counterfeit code.
Or scan the QR code printed with the ampoule serial.
About lot verification
Every product is assigned a unique lot number. When you verify a lot, we show how many times it has been checked.
If a lot has been verified 5 or more times, it may not be an original product. Please contact us if you see an unusually high count.
